Processing & Shipping 

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Shipping times vary depending on the item, but most orders arrive within 5-10 business days after processing.

Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Returns

We gladly accept returns on eligible items within 7 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, items must be:

• Unworn
• Unwashed
• Free of odors, makeup, pet hair, or stains
• In original condition with tags attached

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale:

• Clearance items
• Gift Cards
• Personalized or custom products
• Intimates and swimwear 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can assist you promptly.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
