ABOUT RBKAY THE LABEL

Hi, I’m Kayla, founder of RBKay - The Label.

The name RBKay was inspired by the three greatest blessings in my life. My daughters.

R — Reign

B — Brynlee

K — Kingsley

I added “AY” to represent my own name, Kayla, creating a brand that reflects the people who mean the most to me.

Fashion has always been a part of my story. Growing up in a large family of entrepreneurs, I was surrounded by hard work, creativity, and the belief that dreams are worth pursuing. My grandmother owned a boutique called Hippie Chick in the South Plains Mall for over 25 years, and throughout college I spent countless hours helping in both her store and my aunt’s boutique, Dorothy Genes, which continues to serve women in Lubbock, Texas today.

As a mother of three daughters, I knew I wanted a career that allowed me to be present during these precious years while still pursuing a dream God placed on my heart long ago.

My boyfriend, an entrepreneur and community leader, has also inspired me to step out in faith and build something meaningful. Through attending events, dinners, and community gatherings, I often found myself searching for pieces that made me feel confident, feminine, and effortlessly put together. That desire became the foundation of RBKAY The Label.

My mission is simple: to help women feel beautiful, confident, and elevated in every season of life through thoughtfully curated pieces that blend sophistication with effortless style.

More than anything, I hope my daughters grow up knowing that with faith, hard work, and belief in themselves, they can pursue the dreams God places on their hearts.
